I have a question about the course which I now realise I just submitted as my answer to module one......this is for the course facilitator.... 1. Please don’t accept the question as my answer :-) 2. Does the activity have to relate to the course content or can it be about any Mé Féin topic? I teach junior-2nd and I was hoping to take what I’ve learned here and adapt it to what I will be doing in September and the questions in the course content would be above their ability.

A Edel, a chara,

While the material covered in Module 1 relates to the subject of family, you can interpret the topic of ‘Mé Féin’ in other relevant ways.

Hello, when I type my answers in to the spaces provided they disappear after a few moments. Is this a general problem or am I doing something wrong? Regards,

Staise Courtney

A Staise, a chara,

A small number of people have reported a similar problem but we have yet to encounter it on our own computers and don’t believe it to be an error with the course, but rather an issue with the browser or particular settings.

However, rest assured that your score in the interactive exercises will not affect your successful completion of the course.

I am on an iPad and when you type a word press that word you need that comes into the auto fill, the word you typed will always be there, before iPad changes it to some other word.

I would be grateful if you could let us know what the children need to know as gaeilge by the end of Junior Infants, e.g. colours, count to 10/20, furniture and parts of the body vocabulary, what phrases / basic words they need to know?

Thank you.

Also can you direct us to where we can obtain story books as gaeilge for our class, e.g. Fairytales - Goldilocks and the Three Bears (Cinnín Óir agus na Trí Bhéar?). Is there a library in particular that has good resources available e.g. Is the Ilac Library in Dublin city centre ok? Thanks again,
